تشرح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استخدامك موقع كارنا أو تطبيقها، ولماذا نجمعه، ومع من نشاركه، وما الذي تستطيع التحكّم به.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات تقدّمها أنت

بيانات الحساب: الاسم الظاهر، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مشفَّرة ولا نطّلع عليها).
بيانات الملف الشخصي: النبذة، التخصّص، المحافظة والمدينة، الصورة، معرض الأعمال.
وسائل التواصل التي تختار إضافتها، كرقم الهاتف أو حسابات التواصل.
محتوى إعلاناتك وصورها، ورسائلك مع المستخدمين الآخرين، وتقييماتك وبلاغاتك.

بيانات الدخول عبر Google إذا اخترت الدخول بحساب Google، نستلم من Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة حسابك. نستخدمها لإنشاء حسابك في كارنا أو الدخول إليه فقط. لا نطّلع على كلمة مرور حسابك في Google ولا على بريدك أو ملفّاتك هناك.

بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً

بيانات فنّية أساسية: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ونسخة التطبيق، لتشخيص الأعطال.
إحصاءات استخدام مجمّعة: عدد مشاهدات الإعلان مثلاً، دون ربطها بهويّة المُشاهِد لصاحب الإعلان.
رمز الإشعارات إن فعّلتها، لإرسال التنبيهات إلى جهازك.

بيانات حارتنا حارتنا قسم داخل التطبيق والموقع نفسيهما وبالحساب نفسه. إن انتسبتَ إلى حارة نحفظ: الحارة التي اخترتها واسمها كما كتبته، وتاريخ انتسابك، ومنشوراتك وردودك فيها، وبلاغات الكهرباء والماء والإنترنت، والأسعار التي تسجّلها، ومشاركاتك في الشرا الجماعي والصناديق والاستطلاعات، والشكر الذي تعطيه وتأخذه.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي. المحافظة والمدينة والحارة تختارها أنت يدوياً — الحارة اسم تكتبه بنفسك، لا إحداثيّات ولا عنوان.

2. لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات

تشغيل المنصّة: إنشاء حسابك، عرض إعلاناتك لمن يبحث عنها، وتوصيل رسائلك.
الأمان ومنع الإساءة: مراجعة الإعلانات، معالجة البلاغات، وكشف الحسابات المزيّفة.
التواصل معك: إشعارات حسابك ورسائلك، ورسائل الخدمة الضرورية كتأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور.
تحسين الخدمة: فهم ما يُستخدم فعلاً وما يتعطّل.

لا نستخدم بياناتك لإعلانات موجَّهة، ولا نبيعها لأي جهة.

3. ما يظهر للآخرين

اسمك الظاهر وملفّك وإعلاناتك وتقييماتك علنية ويمكن أن تظهر في محرّكات البحث.

بريدك الإلكتروني لا يظهر لأحد. ورقم هاتفك لا يظهر في صفحاتك، ولا يُعرض إلا لمن تسمح له وبالطريقة التي تختارها.

رسائلك الخاصة. لا يراها مستخدم آخر غير طرفها الثاني. لكنها ليست مشفّرة طرفاً لطرف، ويستطيع فريق المراجعة عندنا الاطّلاع عليها لأغراض السلامة ومنع الإساءة — في كارنا عند وجود بلاغ، وفي حارتنا يملك الفريق صلاحية مراجعة المحادثات ولو بلا بلاغ. نقول هذا صراحةً كي تعرف قبل أن تكتب: لا ترسل هنا ما لا تريد أن يقرأه أحد غيرك.

في حارتنا يرى جيرانك في الحارة نفسها منشوراتك وردودك واسمك الظاهر وعدد الشكر الذي نلته. وصفحة الحارة العامّة على الموقع تعرض اسم الحارة وعدد أعضائها ومقتطفات من منشوراتها لأي زائر، بلا أسماء كاملة.

4. مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات تقنية يعملون لصالحنا وبقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل المنصّة:

Supabase — قاعدة البيانات وحسابات المستخدمين وتخزين الصور.
Vercel — استضافة الموقع.
Resend — إرسال رسائل البريد.
Expo — توصيل الإشعارات إلى الأجهزة.
Google — عند اختيارك الدخول بحساب Google.

وقد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو لحماية حقوق المستخدمين وسلامتهم.

5. مدّة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب قائماً. وعند حذفك الحساب تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وإعلاناتك، وقد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية مدّة محدودة قبل إزالتها ضمن دوراتها المعتادة. ونحتفظ بسجلّات المخالفات والبلاغات مدّة أطول عند الحاجة لمنع تكرار الإساءة.

6. حقوقك

الاطّلاع والتعديل: بياناتك قابلة للتعديل في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب.
الحذف: يمكنك حذف حسابك بالكامل من الإعدادات.
الإشعارات: يمكنك إيقاف إشعارات البريد أو الجهاز متى شئت.
الاعتراض: لأي طلب يتعلّق ببياناتك، تواصل معنا وسنردّ خلال مدّة معقولة.

7. حماية البيانات

الاتصال بالمنصّة مشفَّر، وكلمات المرور مخزَّنة بصيغة مشفَّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع، والوصول إلى بيانات المستخدمين مقصور على من يحتاجه من الفريق. ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، فاحرص على كلمة مرور قوية ولا تشاركها.

8. الأطفال

كارنا ليست موجّهة لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة. وإن علمنا بحساب لطفل دون هذه السنّ دون إشراف وليّه، أزلناه.

9. تعديل السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. وعند التغيير الجوهري نُشعرك عبر المنصّة أو البريد قبل سريانه.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains what data Karna collects when you use the Karna website or app, why we collect it, whom we share it with, and what you can control.

1. Data we collect

Data you provide

Account data: display name, email, and password (stored encrypted; we cannot read it).
Profile data: bio, specialty, governorate and city, photo, portfolio.
Contact methods you choose to add, such as a phone number or social accounts.
Your listings and their images, your messages with other users, and your reviews and reports.

Sign-in with Google If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google, used only to create or sign in to your Karna account. We never see your Google password, email contents, or files.

Data collected automatically

Basic technical data: device type, OS, and app version, to diagnose crashes.
Aggregated usage statistics (e.g., listing view counts) not tied to a viewer's identity.
A push token, if you enable notifications, to deliver alerts to your device.

We do not collect your geographic location. You choose your governorate and city manually.

2. Why we use this data

To operate the platform: create your account, show your listings to searchers, and deliver your messages.
Safety and abuse prevention: reviewing listings, handling reports, and detecting fake accounts.
To communicate with you: account and message notifications, and essential service emails such as email verification and password reset.
To improve the service: understanding what is actually used and what breaks.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

3. What others can see

Your display name, profile, listings, and reviews are public and may appear in search engines.

Your email is never shown. Your phone number is not shown on your pages and is revealed only to those you allow, in the way you choose. Your private messages are seen only by the other party, and may be reviewed by our team when a report is filed.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with technical service providers acting on our behalf, and only as needed to run the platform:

Supabase — database, user accounts, and image storage.
Vercel — website hosting.
Resend — sending emails.
Expo — delivering notifications to devices.
Google — when you choose to sign in with Google.

We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

5. Retention

We keep your account data as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data and listings are deleted; copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being removed on their normal cycle. We keep records of violations and reports longer when needed to prevent repeated abuse.

6. Your rights

Access and edit: your data can be edited any time from account settings.
Deletion: you can delete your account entirely from settings.
Notifications: you can turn off email or device notifications any time.
Requests: for any request regarding your data, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Data protection

Connections to the platform are encrypted, passwords are stored in an irreversible encrypted form, and access to user data is limited to those on the team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password and do not share it.

8. Children

Karna is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn of an account for a child under this age without guardian supervision, we remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email before they take effect.
